Referral Discount Program
This shall apply to any successful referral of any clients of both residential and commercial. The referring account shall earn 5% off all services for 1 year, to be applied from start of referral account’s services.
A successful referral is defined as:
Minimum of 1 service required in 2026. Referrals that do not start service as described on this page before December 31st, 2026 shall not be counted as successful referrals. Referrals shall count for new clients only. If a residential client refers a commercial entity they also happen to work/manage/own, or vice-versa, this shall count as a successful referral if all other criteria are met. The new client rule shall still apply to the above scenario.
There is no maximum number of referrals that can be successfully done in 2026.
Example scenario, 2 referrals successful in 2026:
1 Starts 04/01/26, 1 starts 06/01/26
04/01/26-06/01/26: Referral 1, 5% discount active.
06/01/26-04/01/27: Referral 2 starts and 10% discount active.
04/01/27-06/01/27: Referral 1 hits expiry, 5% discount still active.
06/01/27: Referral 2 expiry, no discount active.

No. They will be scheduled in subsequent years if you are successful in referring more than 2 during the time this program is active.
